production designer
Greta Isagulova
Hey!
My name is Greta Isagulova, and I am a production designer.
My creative journey began at the Art Lyceum, where I graduated with a gold medal from the Academy of Arts. Then I enrolled in the Moscow Art Theatre School, majoring in scenography. In 2017, I completed my diploma project, which focused on the stage design of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart's opera "The Magic Flute."

In addition to my main studies, I attended summer courses at Saint Martin's University in London, where I specialized in fashion and graphic design. In 2020, I deepened my knowledge in contemporary art through a course titled "New Art" at the Free Workshops of the Moscow Museum of Modern Art (MMOMA).

With a diverse academic background, I work at the intersection of modern technologies and classical artistic traditions. I enjoy creating detailed 3D visualizations and actively integrate artificial intelligence into the artistic concept development process. I experiment with both realistic forms and abstractions, and when working on historical projects, I take a keen interest in studying the material culture of various eras.

My team, which includes assistants, decorators, prop makers, builders, visualizers, and graphic designers, has been steadily growing. We collaborate both on location and in studios. The specialists I work with continually explore and adopt new technologies, striving for innovation in artistic practice and improving our workflows.

In addition to my work as a production designer, I am also a contemporary artist with a passion for painting and installations. I actively experiment with new materials and textures, which allow me to push the boundaries of my creativity.
